UGAMUNC Position Paper Guidelines
Format
1 substantive page per topic + a works cited page. In other words, 3 pages total. It's alright if you go a little over/under a page, you won't be penalized for that.
Ensure that your country, committee, and school names are at the top of the first page.
Notes
Your chairs will not grade you based on stylistic choices, MLA/APA, etc. (except making sure that you are indeed citing your sources).
We do not have a standardized rubric, as content can vary widely between committees and countries as a result of unique topics, country policies, and how active a country is on the world stage. We believe that this freedom from strict guidelines makes it easier for delegates to capture the dynamics and policies of their country.
